草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇催化剂性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the Performance of Cu/SiO Catalyst for Hydrogenation of Dimethyl Oxalate to Ethylene Glycol

摘要 采用均匀沉淀沉积法制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂。研究了载体类型、沉淀剂种类、氨水用量及助剂对催化剂性能的影响,实验结果显示,这四个制备因素对催化剂结构和活性有较大影响。使用碱性硅溶胶,有利于形成更多层状硅酸铜,低温活性更好;用氨水作为沉淀剂,添加适当的量,有利于铜均匀负载在硅溶胶载体上;助剂X的加入,有效改善了催化剂的性能,提高了催化剂稳定性。在反应温度195℃、压力2 MPa、n(H2)∶n(DMO)=70和空速1.0 h-1条件下,对催化剂进行200 h的测试,结果表明,草酸二甲酯的转化率保持大于99%,乙二醇选择性保持在96.1%左右,稳定性良好。 Cu/SiO2 catalyst was prepared by uniform precipitation.The influences of carrier type,precipitator type,amount of ammonia water and additives on catalyst properties were studied.The results showed that the four factors had great effect on the structure and activity of catalyst.The use of basic silica sol was beneficial to the formation of more layers of copper silicate,and prepared catalyst had better activity at low temperature.The addition of appropriate amount of ammonia water as precipitant was beneficial to the uniform loading of copper on silica carrier.The addition of auxiliary agent X effectively improved the performance and stability of the catalyst.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 195℃,pressure 2 MPa,n(H2)∶n(DMO)=70 and airspeed 1.0 h-1,the catalyst was tested for 200 h.The results showed that the conversion rate of dimethyl oxalate was more than 99%and the selectivity of ethylene glycol was about 96.1%.
