超重力脱NO_x设备调试及气液平衡研究 被引量:1

摘要 调试首兇建立起设备内液位,利用空气作为试验气体,确定了电机频率、吸收液循环量和引风量间的关系,同时分析了引风量波动的原因。针对目标尾气迚行反应过程的物料平衡研究,根据目标尾气特性选取二级处理模式,并通过实测不同电机频率下吸收液浓度与处理效果之间的关系,同时结合处理指标要求确定了最小的吸收液循环量。本次调试为此套设备及类似设备针对不同目标尾气的调试和物料平衡建立提供了参考和依据。 The liquid level in the equipment was established before commissioning.The relationship among motor frequency,absorption liquid circulation and induced air volume was determined by using air as test gas,and the cause of induced air volume fluctuation was analyzed.The material balance of the target tail gas was studied.According to the characteristics of the target tail gas,the two-stage treatment mode was selected,and the relationship between the concentration of the absorption liquid and the treatment effect was measured under different motor frequencies.At the same time,the minimum circulation of the absorption liquid was determined according to the requirements of the treatment index.This commissioning can provide some reference and basis for the commissioning and material balance establishment of this set of equipment and similar equipments according to different target tail gas.
