摘要
用过氧化氢对活性炭迚行改性,研究了改性对活性炭孔隙结构和表面化学性质的影响,并对焦化废水迚行吸附。结果表明:改性后的活性炭比表面积有所提升,表面含氧官能团含量增加明显,对焦化废水的吸附效果也有所改善。在308K条件下,在50mL焦化废水中加入4gAC-H2O2时,以200r·min-1的转速旋转120min,COD去除率最高可达94.52%;Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型都可以更好地描述AC-H2O2对焦化废水的吸附过程,吸附动力学可用拟二级动力学模型描述。
Activated carbon was modified with hydrogen peroxide,and the effect of modification on the pore structure and surface chemical properties of activated carbon was studied.The activated carbon(AC)modified by hydrogen peroxide was used as adsorbent to remove COD from coking wastewater.The results showed that,after the modification,the specific surface area of activated carbon increased,the content of oxygen functional groups on the surface increased significantly,and the adsorption effect of coking wastewater was also improved.The COD removal rate reached 94.52%when 4 g AC-H2O2 was added into 50 mL coking wastewater in 120 min with shaking speed of 200 r/min at 308 K.Both Langmuir and Freundlich model could describe equilibrium adsorption data better,and the kinetic study showed that the adsorption process was best fitted by the pseudo-second order kinetics model.
