一种新型的罗丹明席夫碱探针在水环境中检测铜离子的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为快速、高效地检测环境中的Cu2+,以罗丹明B酰肼与2-羟基-4-甲基苯甲醛为起始原料,采用一步反应法制备了一种新型的罗丹明席夫碱探针((E)-3’,6’-双(二乙氨基)-2-((2-羟基-4-甲基亚苄基)氨基)螺[异二氢吲哚-1,9’-呫吨]-3-酮,简称RHHM),研究表明该探针可以高选择性的识别Cu2+。将该探针应用于湖水和自来水中Cu2+的检测,其加标回收率均在94%以上,检测结果具有很高的准确性和可靠性。开将该探针制备成一种便携式试纸条,结果表明该试纸条具有检测方便、快速的优点。 A noval Rhodamine Schiff base probe named(E)-3’,6’-bis(diethylamino)-2-((2-hydroxy-4-methylbenzy-lidene)amino)spiro[isoindoline-1,9’-xanthen]-3-one(RHHM)was prepared by one-step reaction.The research result showed that this probe had high selectivity for Cu2+.When the probe was applied in the detection of Cu2+in lake water and tap water,the recovery rate was up to 94%.It has been further proved that this probe can achieves satisfied accuracy in the detection of Cu2+in water.Finally,a kind of portable test strip was prepared by using this probe to detect Cu2+.The results showed that this test strip was convenient and fast in detection of Cu2+.
