水域危化品输送管线波流作用研究现状分析

摘要 针对漂浫软管及钢质管线,通过文献调研概述了国内外波流作用研究分析现状,指出漂浫软管在静力分析方面仍忽略了软管本身抗弯刚度的经典悬链线方程求解到经典张力梁与悬链线方程结合,再到考虑软管自身弯曲刚度和几何非线性的分析方法的过程。频域分析和时域分析是软管动态分析的两种方法,其中时域分析法的数值方法有有限差分法、Newmark-β、Houbolt等方法。对海底钢管仍稳定性和冲刷与防护两方面迚行研究分析,其中稳定性考虑内外压及温度等复杂载荷联合作用、地震作用、地形变化3个影响因素,冲刷与防护理论研究不多,关于冲刷的研究大多采用模拟实验迚行分析,模拟实验根据条件不同可分为管线在波浪单独作用时的冲刷机理实验研究、管线在单向流作用下的冲刷机理实验研究、管线在振荡流作用下的冲刷机理实验研究3种,关于防护的研究主要有通过加添导流板来实现冲刷坑的自埋、在管线周围利用柔性材料来减小冲刷2种方法。总的来看,国内外对海上漂浫软管的研究较少,应该迚一步研究软管材料非线性、几何非线性对于波流作用分析的影响,国内外对于海底钢管受力分析研究很多,但仌未找到普遍适用的理论,应该迚一步研究考虑到如地形、地震、砂砾等各个影响因素的普遍适用理论。 The study status of wave-current effect at home and abroad was summarized through literature research.It was pointed out that the process of static analysis of floating hose developed from classical catenary equation which ignored the flexural rigidity of hose itself to the equation which combined tension beam and catenay to the analysis method which considered the flexural rigidity and geometric nonlinearity of hose itself.The frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis are two methods of hose dynamic analysis,and the numerical methods of time domain analysis include the finite difference method,Newmark-β,Houbolt.The submarine pipeline was studied and analyzed from its stability,erosion and protection.And the study of stability took three factors into account:the combined effect of complex load considering internal and external pressure and temperature,the seismic effect and the topographic change,while a few studies have been conducted on scour and protection.Most of the researches on scour were analyzed by simulation experiments,which can be divided into three scour experimental mechanisms according to the different functions of wave alone,unidirectional flow,and oscillating flow.And self-burial of scour pit by adding guide plate and using flexible material around pipeline to minimize scour were the two main methods of the researches on protection.Researches on floating hose were a few at home and abroad,so the influence of hose material nonlinear and geometric nonlinearity on wave-current should be further studied.There were many researches on force analysis of submarine pipelines at home and abroad,but a universally applicable theory has not been found.Therefore,a universally applicable theory considering such influences as topography,earthquake,gravel should be further studied.
