摘要
渤海油田目前已进入开发中后期,油井高含水问题日益突出,封堵剂注入工艺作为堵水的关键技术,是决定堵水效果的重要因素。本文针对现有的堵剂注入工艺,通过数值计算及实验模拟出该工艺在堵剂注入过程中存在绕流现象,为提高堵剂利用率对工艺进行了优化,提出了三封隔器注入工艺改进思路,并对比原堵剂注入工艺开展了模拟实验。结果表明:优化改进的三封隔器注入工艺可有效减少原堵剂注入工艺的绕流现象,对堵剂注入工艺的优化改进方向具有一定的指导意义。
Bohai oilfield has now entered the middle and late stages of development,and the problem of high water cut in oil wells is becoming increasingly prominent.The plugging agent injection process,as the key technology for plugging water,is an important factor in determining the effect of plugging water.Aiming at the existing plugging agent injection process,numerical simulations and experiments were performed to simulate the flow of the plugging agent during the plugging agent injection process.To improve the plugging agent utilization rate,the process was optimized and a three packer injection process was proposed.Simulation experiments were carried out compared with the original plugging agent injection process.The experimental results showed that the optimized and improved three packer injection process could effectively reduce the bypassing flow phenomenon of the original plugging agent injection process.The paper can provide a certain direction for the optimization and improvement of the plugging agent injection process.
