摘要 混合二甲苯馏分中微量烯烃通常通过采用白土精制技术迚行处理,中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发了FHDO重整生成油加氢技术用于重整生成油混合二甲苯中烯烃的脱除,配套开发的HDO-18催化剂在合适的工艺条件下表现出良好的活性和选择性。FHDO技术可以取代现用的白土精制技术,生产符合国标优级品的混合二甲苯产品。加氢脱烯烃技术不仅有效缓解了白土精制技术带来的环保压力,也符合脱烯烃工艺未来的发展方向。 Olefins in mixed xylene are normally removed by clay refining technology.FHDO hydrogenation technology of reformate for mixed xylene deolefin was developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP).The matching HDO-18 catalyst has good activity and selectivity,the FHDO technology is suitable for selective hydrodeolefin of mixed xylene in catalytic reforming replacing the clay refining technology to produce mixed xylene products conforming to the national standard.The hydrogenation technology solves the environmental problem caused by industrial clay and also accords with the future development trend of aromatics deolefin process.
