摘要
为解决高温下水泥石韧性不足问题,通过以聚丙烯纤维协同胶乳的方式实现对水泥石的韧性化改造,分析不同聚丙烯纤维和胶乳加量下的胶乳/聚丙纤维水泥石综合性能。结果表明:胶乳的掺入对水泥的抗压强度会有一定影响,但对于提高水泥石的弹韧性则表现出积极作用;适量的纤维混入能在一定程度上解决胶乳水泥石强度降低问题,且能迚一步强化水泥浆浆体稳定性,起到有效的互补增强作用。
In order to solve the problem of low toughness of cement under high temperature,the toughness transformation of the cement was carried out by adding polypropylene fiber and polymer latex,and the effect of different polypropylene fiber and polymer latex dosages on the comprehensive performance of latex/polypropylene fiber cement was analyzed.The results showed that the addition of latex had a certain negative effect on the compressive strength of cement,but it had positive effect on improving the elasticity and toughness of cement;Proper fiber mixing solved the problem of latex cement stone strength reduction to a certain extent,and further strengthened the stability of the cement paste slurry,playing an effective complementary enhancement role.
