压裂液体系残渣含量影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 裂液残渣含量是考察压裂液性能好坏的一项重要指标,尤其对于低孔低渗油藏以及天然气、页岩气藏的有效开发硬性更为关键。通过对压裂液体系中的水不溶物、稠化剂配比、添加剂、交联剂浓度、破胶剂加量等方面逐一迚行分析,测试并确定了不同条件下对压裂液体系残渣含量的主要影响因素,以此为依据采用重点突破方式,产生了清洁高效压裂液体系以及不反排压裂液体系,经测试较常觃压裂液体系残渣含量有了显著降低,迚行了基质渗透率损害率测试,证明两种压裂液体系可大幅降低对地层的伤害程度,适用于低渗储层。 The content of fracturing fluid residue is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of fracturing fluid,especially for low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs,as well as the effective development of natural gas and shale gas reservoirs.The water insoluble matter,thickener ratio,additives,crosslinker concentration and amount of breakers in the fracturing fluid system were analyzed one by one,and the main influencing factors of the residue content of the fracturing fluid system under different conditions were tested and determined.According to the key breakthrough method,a clean and efficient fracturing fluid system and a non-reverse fracturing fluid system were developed.The test results showed that,compared with conventional fracturing fluid system,the residue content of the two fracturing fluid systems was lower.The matrix permeability damage rate test was carried out.The results proved that,the two fracturing fluid systems can greatly reduce the damage to the formation,and are suitable for low permeability reservoirs.
