不同干燥方法不同品种的金银花与山银花的红外光谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 以金银花为研究对象,采用傅立叶红外光谱技术结合二阶导数红外光谱对不同干燥方法、不同品种的金银花进行分析。检测结果表明:同一品种金银花的不同干燥方法的红外光谱中,在1047cm-1处烤房烘干的"九丰一号"吸收峰强度最高,说明烤房烘干"九丰一号"金银花的黄酮、苷类等物质含量较晒干和杀青烘干的高;金银花红外光谱图中主要吸收峰在3387、2913、2843、1642、1380、1259、1048、610 cm-1附近,不同品种金银花的吸收峰基本相似,但吸收峰的位置及强度存在一定差异;同时在金银花与山银花的红外光谱中发现在1732、1514、1459 cm-1处山银花比金银花吸收明显。因此,红外光谱结合二阶导数光谱可用来反映金银花有效成分、干燥方法和品种的信息。 Taking honeysuckle as the research object,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with second derivative infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze different varieties of honeysuckle dried by different methods.The test results showed that,in the infrared spectrum of the same variety of honeysuckle dried by different methods,the intensity of the absorption peak of“Jiufeng No.1”dried in the baking room was the highest at 1047 cm-1,indicating that the contents of flavonoids and glycosides in the“Jiufeng No.1”honeysuckle dried in the baking room were higher than those in the“Jiufeng No.1”honeysuckle dried by sun-drying and cyanocyanine drying.The main absorption peaks of honeysuckle infrared spectrum were near 3387,2913,2843,1642,1380,1259,1048,610 cm-1.Absorption peaks of different varieties of honeysuckle were basically similar,but there were some differences in the position and intensity of the absorption peaks.At the same time,in the infrared absorption spectra of honeysuckle and mountain honeysuckle,absorption peaks of mountain honeysuckle were more obvious than those of honeysuckle at 1732,1514,1459 cm-1.Therefore,the infrared spectrum combined with the second derivative spectrum can be used to reflect the information of active ingredients,drying methods and varieties of honeysuckle.
