摘要
以钼尾矿、金尾矿和铁尾矿等为主要原料,采用烧结法制备了钙铁辉石系微晶玻璃。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差热扫描量热仪(DTA)表征了其结构,研究了Eu3+在微晶玻璃中的发光性能。结果表明:采用一步法可成功制备钙铁辉石微晶玻璃,Eu3+掺杂的微晶玻璃的有效激发波长为415 nm,发射波长为591 nm的橙-红光。
Hedenbeigite glass-ceramics were prepared from Iron tailing,gold tailing and copper mine tailing by sintering method.The phases,thermal properties and microstructures were characterized by XRD,SEM,DTA.The luminescence properties of Eu3+in glass-ceramic were studied.The results showed that hedenbeigite glass-ceramic was successfully prepared by one-step method;Eu3+doped glass-ceramic had an effective excitation wavelength of 415 nm and an orange-red light emission at 591 nm.
