海上油田乳液聚合物冻胶在线调驱参数优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对海上油田常规调驱设备占地面积大、长期占用平台甲板空间的问题,设计了一套适用于海上油田平台使用的乳液聚合物冻胶在线调驱破乳静混工具,并对在线调驱的工具组合方式及施工参数进行了系统优化,从而提高在线调驱施工质量。根据喷射破乳理念,共设计了5种破乳混合方式,包括破乳孔、挡板以及波纹管等。另外,通过陆地实验,优化了在线调驱参数,最佳破乳组合及参数为:直径1mm的破乳孔+角度45°的挡板+长度1m的静混器,可满足不同排量、浓度注入条件的施工要求。乳液聚合物在线注入设备只需要乳液聚合物撬、交联剂撬、配套破乳器、静混器及管汇,占地面积仅11m^2,较常规干粉聚合物冻胶调驱工艺节约85.2%。 According to the problem that conventional profile control equipment need cover large area of platform for long time,a set of emulsion polymer gel on-line profile control demulsification and mixing tool was designed for offshore oilfield platform.The combination modes and parameters of on-line profile control tool were optimized to improve construction quality.Five demulsification and mixing modes including demulsification hole,baffle plate and corrugated pipe were designed according to the jet demulsification theory.In addition,the on-line profile control parameters were optimized by the land experiments,and the optimum mode and parameter were determined as follows:1 mm diameter demulsification hole,45°baffle plate and 1 m long static mixer,which could meet the construction demand of different injection volume and concentration.On-line profile control demulsification and mixing tool needs only emulsion polymer injection equipment,cross-link agent injection equipment,demulsifier,static mixer and manifold,and covers 11 m^2,which can save 85.2%of area than conventional powder polymer gel profile control demulsification and mixing tool.
