基于光谱技术实现中药三七的真伪识别及产地分析 被引量:7

摘要 近红外光谱分析技术具有样品预处理简单、绿色环保、不破坏中药成分等优势,来实现中药三七的真伪识别及产地分析。借助化学计量学方法,把样品分为定标集和预测集,通过TQ Analyst软件中的建模(包括DM距离匹配法、相似度匹配)建立定标集的模型,用预测集来验证。通过几种方式的分析,发现几种分析方式的识别率均大于80%。推测利用光谱技术来实现中药三七的真伪识别及产地分析是可行的,为中药的质量控制提供了一种方法。 Near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy technology has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment, non-pollution and undestroying the composition of Chinese medicine, etc., to realize the identification of the authenticity of Chinese medicine Sanqi and origin analysis. In this paper, the samples were divided into the calibration set and prediction set. The calibration model was established by TQ Analyst software(including DM distance matching method and similarity matching), and it was verified by the prediction set. Through the analysis of several ways, it was found that the identification rates of several analysis methods were greater than 80%. It has proved that it is possible to use spectroscopic technology to realize the identification and origin analysis of Chinese medicine, providing a method for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
