基于理想点法的重负荷LNG发动机冷却液的研制

摘要 针对重负荷液化天然气(LNG)发动机对冷却液的性能要求,采用理想点法对重负荷液化天然气(LNG)发动机冷却液的基础液筛选和分析,由此评价出了研制冷却液的最佳基础液。然后通过玻璃器皿腐蚀试验对缓蚀剂、防锈剂进行优选,研究了缓蚀剂、防锈剂与其他添加剂的配伍性,筛选出缓蚀剂、防锈剂的最优添加量为0.8%~1.6%、0.7%~1.2%;最后对全配方的环境友好重负荷发动机冷却液进行了综合性能测试。通过测试分析和实车验证表明:其具有良好的抗蚀抗锈、热稳定、抗泡、抑沸、抗冻和阻垢性能,延长使用寿命,冷却效果突出等特点,可满足使用要求。 According to the performance requirements of heavy load liquefied natural gas(LNG) engine for coolant, the basic liquid of heavy load liquefied natural gas(LNG) engine coolant was screened and analyzed by ideal point method, and the optimum basic liquid for developing coolant was evaluated. Then the corrosion inhibitor and antirust agent were screened by glassware corrosion test, and the compatibility of corrosion inhibitor, antirust agent with other additives was studied. The optimum dosages of corrosion inhibitor and antirust agent were determined as 0.8% ~1.6% and 0.7%~1.2%. Finally, the comprehensive performance of the whole formula of environmentally friendly heavy load engine coolant was tested. The test analysis and real vehicle verification show that it has the characteristics of good corrosion and rust resistance, thermal stability, anti-foaming, boiling inhibition, anti-freezing and scale inhibition, prolonging service life, outstanding cooling effect and so on, which can meet the requirements of use.
