S型环控管道的碳纤维复合材料制造工艺试验 被引量:1

Manufacturing Process Test of Carbon Fiber Composite Material for S-type Environmental Control Pipeline

摘要 以某武装直升机S型环控管道为研究对象,选用具有阻燃特性的碳纤维复合材料预浸料,采用充气芯模+阴模特殊结构的成型模具完成制造工艺试验。试验中充气芯模采用充气袋,外形为复合材料制件的内腔体形状,金属阴模结构为框架式模具,分为上、下模两部分,铺层方案采用管道整体铺层和翻边部分铺层两部分完成。试验过程中铺层完成后在铺层内腔放置充气芯模,然后连接气源装置进行充气,经过反复充气试验后,最优化的气压大小为2.5 MPa。合模后的装置加压调整好后采用烘箱固化,在烘箱中缓慢升温至125℃保温2 h固化得到制品。本试验所得S型环控弯管表面光顺、法兰边缘整齐,厚度符合图纸要求,整体尺寸公差符合要求。用存水的方法检验S型环控弯管的密封性,结果显示没有漏水、渗水现象。 Taking the S-type environmental control pipeline of an armed helicopter as the research object,the carbon fiber composite prepreg with flame retardant characteristics was chosen,and the manufacturing process test was completed with the special structure of inflatable core mould and negative mould.In the experiment,the pneumatic core mould was made of pneumatic bag,which was shaped as the inner cavity of composite parts.The metal negative mould structure was a frame mould,which was divided into upper and lower parts.The laying scheme was completed by integral laying of pipeline and flanging laying of part.In the course of the test,the pneumatic core mould was placed in the inner chamber of the pavement after the completion of the pavement,and then connected with the air source device for aeration.After repeated aeration tests,the optimum air pressure was determined as 2.5 MPa.After adjusting the pressure of the device after closing,the product was cured in oven,and the product was cured by heating slowly up to 125℃for 2 h.The surface of S-type environmental control elbow is smooth,the flange edge is neat,the thickness meets the requirements of the drawings,and the overall dimension tolerance meets the requirements.The sealing property of S-type environmental control elbow was tested by water storage method.The results showed that there was no leakage or seepage.
