摘要
为了研究硫转移剂助剂在石油冶炼工程中的脱硫效果,通过共沉淀法添加葡萄糖软模板助剂合成纳米级镁铝尖晶石,在此基础上添加铁元素合成的三元复合金属氧化物。结果表明镁铝尖晶石添加葡萄糖模板剂后的最优吸附脱硫效果比未添加的提高约31.03%;添加铁元素后的最佳脱硫效果比未添加的提高约10.81%。可见添加软模板助剂的含铁型催化裂化再生烟气硫转移剂能够有效提高其吸附脱硫效果。
In order to research the desulfurization effect of sulfur transfer agent in petroleum refining project,the synthesis of nanometer magnesia-alumina spinel by adding glucose soft template additive was studied by coprecipitation method,and then ternary compound was synthesized by adding iron element.The results showed that the optimum adsorption desulfurization effect of magnesium aluminate spinel after adding glucose template was about 31.03%higher than that without glucose template;the optimum desulfurization effect after adding iron element was about 10.81%higher than that without iron element.So the iron-containing catalytic cracking regeneration flue gas sulfur transfer agent with soft template auxiliary can effectively improve the adsorption desulfurization effect.
