油田低盐度高性能水基钻井液改善钻井性能方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,在某油田A小层钻探中,井下复杂情况不断增加。在该油田以往的钻井中,曾使用过各种非水载流体(NAF)和水基泥浆(WBM)解决钻井问题,但均未得到较好的效果。随后,研究人员对钻井液的选取进行了广泛的研究,以期获得最佳钻井性能。通过现场测试以及分析,对各参数进行不断调试,使得这些油井的性能不断提高,最终确定了较好的性能指标。新型高性能水基泥浆体系的优越性使其成为该油田中间井段钻井的首选体系。本文对新型高性能水基泥浆进行了详细的技术概述,并将新型高性能水基泥浆与非水载流体和水基泥浆进行试验比较。结果表明:新型高性能水基泥浆可以有效解决井壁坍塌、钻头泥包和井壁稳定等问题。 In recent years,during the drilling of A small layer in an oilfield,the downhole complexity is increasing.In the past,various non water carrying fluids(NAF)and water-based mud(WBM)were used to solve the drilling problems,but they did not achieve good results.Subsequently,the researchers carried out extensive research on the selection of drilling fluid in order to obtain the best drilling performance.Through the field test and analysis,the parameters were continuously debugged to improve the performance of these wells,and finally the better performance indicators were determined.The advantages of the new high-performance water-based mud system make it become preferred drilling system in the middle section of the oilfield.In this paper,the technology of new high performance water-based mud was summarized in detail,and the new high performance water-based mud was compared with non-aqueous fluid and water-based mud.The results showed that the new high-performance water-based mud could effectively solve the problems of wellbore collapse,bit balling and borehole instability.
