摘要
由对甲基苯酚通过系列反应制备双功能希夫碱金属络合物,探讨了该双功能希夫碱金属络合物对环氧丙烷与二氧化碳的环加成反应的催化活性,发现该络合物与四丁基氯化铵组成的催化体系,可以高收率地得到碳酸丙烯酯。通过氢核磁共振图谱分析,催化反应产物只有碳酸丙烯酯,未发现有聚醚和聚碳酸酯等物质生成,选择性达到100%,为了便于进一步开发高性能催化剂,探讨了该催化反应的机理。
The bifunctional schiff base Co~Ⅲ(acetate)complexes were synthesized from p-cresol.The catalytic activity of the bifunctional schiff base Co~Ⅲ(acetate)complexes for the cycloaddition reaction of propylene oxide with carbon dioxide was studied preliminarily.The results showed that high yield of propylene carbonate was achieved by using the catalyst system composed of schiff base(Co)complexes and TBAC under mild conditions.~1 H NMR spectroscopy showed that no polymer was formed in the experiment,and the propylene carbonate was obtained in nearly 100%selectivity.The reaction mechanism was studied to further develop high-performance catalysts.
