电子垃圾在沥青混合料中应用的可行性

摘要 采用相关分析仪器考察了电子垃圾微观形貌、元素组成及热稳定性等。试验表明,电子垃圾主要由玻璃纤维及热固性树脂等组成,微观表面崎岖且存在较多孔径分布,在混合料拌合温度下热稳定性良好。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了电子垃圾与沥青结合料的共混机理。试验表明,电子垃圾与沥青之间未发生化学反应。依据电子垃圾的级配特点,将其作为细集料的一部分添加到沥青混合料中,考察了电子垃圾对沥青混合料性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着电子垃圾的加入,混合料抗车辙性能和水稳定性降低。依据电子垃圾沥青混合料性能特点,建议可应用于慢车道或低等级道路。 The microstructure,elemental composition and thermal stability of electronic waste were investigated by analytic instruments.The test results show that the electronic waste is mainly composed of glass fiber and thermosetting resin.The micro surface is rugged and has more pore distribution,and the thermal stability is good at the mixing temperature.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to analyze the blending mechanism of the electronic waste and asphalt binder.The results showed that there was no chemical reaction between the electronic waste and the asphalt.According to the characteristics of the grading of electronic waste,it was added as a part of the fine aggregate into the asphalt mixture,and the effect of the electronic waste on the performance of the asphalt mixture was investigated.The test results showed that the rutting resistance and water stability of the mixture decreased with the addition of electronic waste.According to the performance characteristics of e-waste asphalt mixture,it is suggested that it can be applied to slow lane or low grade road.
