固相合成CdTiO3亚微米晶

Solid-phase Synthesis of Cadmium Titanate Submicrocrystals

摘要 以低熔点的Cd(NO3)2·4H2O和高反应活性的P25 TiO2纳米粉为反应物,通过固相合成得到CdTiO3。通过XRD、FESEM和EDX的测试分析表明,600℃温度固相加热10 h得到了具有氧空位缺陷的钛铁矿CdTiO3亚微米晶。紫外-可见吸收光谱显示CdTiO3在305 nm处具有最大吸收峰,CdTiO3微米晶的室温荧光光谱显示在325 nm激发光源下获得520~560 nm的宽而强的发射峰。 Cadmium titanate submicrocrystals were synthesized by a solid-phase technique using low melting point Cd(NO3)2 and high reaction activity of Ti02 nanocrystals as reactants.The prepared products were characterized by the means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and EDX analysis.The results showed that the ilmenite-like phase CdTiO3 submirocrystals with oxygen vacancy defects were obtained by solid-phase heating at the reaction temperature of 600℃for 10 h.The UV-visible absorption spectrum showed that CdTi03 had the largest absorption peak at 305 nm,and the room temperature fluorescence spectrum of CdTi03 microcrystal showed that a broad and strong emission peak of 520~560 nm was obtained with the excitation light source of 325 nm.
