摘要
以中海油石蜡基减压渣油为原料,经丙烷脱沥青-加氢处理-异构脱蜡-补充精制组合工艺制备润滑油基础油,结果研究表明:通过该组合工艺,得到了运动黏度(100℃)分别为20.7和13.88 mm^2/s,黏度指数分别为114和100,倾点分别为-12和-18℃,氧化安定性时长分别为392和392 min的90BS光亮油和650N,且目标产品与市售同类产品性质相当。
Lube base oil was prepared from CNOOC paraffin-based vacuum residue via propane deasphalting process,high pressure hydrogenation process,isodewaxing process and hydrofinishing process.The research results showed that,by the combined process,90 BS and 650 N with the movement viscosity(100℃)of 20.71 mm2/s and13.88 mm^2/s,the viscosity index of 114 and 100,the pour point-12℃and-18℃,and the oxidation stability time of392 min and 392 min,were successfully prepared,and the target product had the similar properties with market similar products.
