摘要 高压注水工艺管柱井下作业过程中的力学行为较为复杂,会受到浮重、活塞、横向、螺旋弯曲、摩阻及温差等基本效应的影响,使得注水工艺管柱产生轴向载荷及位移。通过分析注水工艺管柱在不同工况下的力学行为,基于VB6.0语言编制了井下管柱所受轴向载荷及形变量分析软件程序,并结合实例油田对注水工艺管柱在井下不同工况下的受力与形变进行了计算与分析,以确保注水工艺管柱在井下安全有效地工作。 The downhole stress situation of high-pressure water injection process string is relatively complex,and it can be affected by basic effect,such as floating weight,piston,transverse,spiral bending,friction and temperature difference in the process of operation,resulting in the axial load and displacement of the water injection string.By analyzing the mechanical behavior of water injection tubing string under different working conditions,the axial load and deformation analysis software of the downhole string was compiled based on VB6.0 language,and the borehole stress and deformation of the water injection pipe string under different working conditions were calculated and analyzed,to ensure safe and effective operation of the water injection pipe string in downhole.
