含磺酰氟官能团化合物的合成及其应用研究进展

Research Progress in Synthesis and Application of Sulfonyl Fluorides

含磺酰氟官能团化合物作为有机反应中的重要中间体,可参与多种类型的反应。近年来,磺酰氟和氟磺酸酚酯在有机化学和化学生物学领域备受关注。特别是在2014年,Sharpless等报道了一种新型的点击化学一六价硫(Ⅵ)氟交换(SuFEx)化学,使得这一类化合物的合成及应用成为研究热点。主要针对含磺酰氟官能团化合物的合成及其应用等方面做了论述。

As important intermediates,sulfonyl fluorides can participate in many types of reactions.Recently,sulfonyl fluorides and fluorosulfates have received extensive attention in organic chemistry and chemical biology.Specially,in2014,Sharpless and co-workers reported a new click chemistry-sulfur(Ⅵ)-fluoride exchange(SuFEx)chemistry,which attracted more interest in the study of sulfonyl fluorides and fluorosulfates.In this paper,the synthesis and applications of sulfonyl fluorides were discussed.
