石油石化行业储罐挥发性有机物治理技术评析

Analysis on the VOCS Treatment Technology of Storage Tank in Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

简要介绍了石油石化行业储罐挥发性有机物(VOCS)治理技术的应用效果。重点对炼油系统的汽油罐VOCS、化工系统的芳烃罐VOCS常用的治理技术进行了评析;汽油罐VOCS的主要治理技术为吸附+吸收、冷凝+吸附、膜分离;芳烃罐VOCS的主要治理技术为活性炭二级吸附+吸收、吸收+膜分离+吸附、吸附吸收+CO、RTO、RCO。并分别从技术、环境、经济角度对上述技术进行效果评析,分析了各项技术的优劣性。对储罐VOCS治理技术进行安全性分析,指出关键的安全风险环节和提出相应的防范措施。对比了石油石化行业上、下游储罐VOCS的治理技术方法,指出其异同点,补充说明了运销系统的油气回收技术。

The application effect of VOCS treatment technology for storage tanks in petroleum and petrochemical industry was briefly introduced.The common treatment technologies of gasoline tank VOCS in refinery system and aromatic hydrocarbon tank VOCS in chemical system were evaluated.The main treatment technologies of gasoline tank VOCS include adsorption+absorption,condensation+adsorption,membrane separation;main treatment technologies of aromatic hydrocarbon tank VOCS include activated carbon secondary adsorption+absorption,absorption+membrane separation+adsorption,adsorption absorption+CO,RTO,RCO.The effect of the above technologies was evaluated from the perspectives of technology,environment and economy,and the advantages and disadvantages of each technology were analyzed.Then,the safety analysis of the VOCS treatment technology of the storage tank was carried out,and the key safety risk links and corresponding preventive measures were pointed out.Furthermore,the technical methods for the treatment of VOCS in the upper and lower storage tanks of the petroleum and petrochemical industry were compared,and the similarities and differences were pointed out.Finally,the oil and gas recovery technology of the transportation and sales system was discussed.
