摘要
对鬼针草茎、叶经微生物发酵前后总黄酮HPLC色谱图进行了分析比较。采用Welch materials-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长360 nm,得HPLC色谱图,再对各色谱图的各色谱峰的相对率进行分析比较。结果鬼针草茎、叶发酵前后HPLC指纹图谱有较明显的改变,各吸收峰相对率也有较显著的改变。微生物发酵使鬼针草总黄酮中某些化学成分发生了生物转化,其化学成分的组成有较显著的变化。
To carry out the comparative study on HPLC chromatogram of total flavonoids in the stems and leaves of Bidens bipinnata L. before and after the microbial fermentation,Welch materials-C18 column was used for gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid in aqueous solution, the detection wavelength was 360 nm and the HPLC chromatogram was obtained. Then, the relative rate of each peak of chromatogram was analyzed and compared. The HPLC fingerprints of stems and leaves of Bidens bipinnata L. had obvious changes before and after fermentation, and the relative rates of absorption peaks also had significant changes. Microbial fermentation resulted in the biotransformation of some chemical constituents in the total flavonoids of Bidens bipinnata L., and the composition of the chemical constituents had significant change.
