摘要
针对聚合物凝胶体系的选择及优化问题,以大庆萨普油田S、E、N区块为例,通过实验的方式,对聚合物的浓度、注入量、注入方式、注入速度以及注入时间分别进行了优化研究,为实现油藏稳产奠定基础。研究表明:对于S、E、N三大区块而言,在聚合物凝胶的浓度分别为1200 mg/L(凝胶A)、2000 mg/L(凝胶B)和2000 mg/L(凝胶D)的前提下,当注入量为0.3PV、注入方式采用连续注入、注入速度为0.5 mL/min、注入时机在含水率90%时,其提高采收率的效果最佳。
In view of the selection and optimization of polymer gel system,taking the S,E and N blocks of Daqing Sapu oilfield as examples,through experiments,the concentration,injection amount,injection mode,injection speed and injection time were optimized separately to lay the foundation for the stable production of the reservoir.The results showed that for the three major blocks of S,E and N,when the concentration of polymer gel was 1200 mg/L(gel A),2000 mg/L(gel B)and 2000 mg/L(gel D),the injection amount was 0.3 PV,the injection method was continuous injection,the injection speed was 0.5 m L/min,and the injection timing was at 90%moisture content,the effect of improving oil recovery was best.
