摘要
采用水热合成法制备了CeO2-r纳米棒,通过共浸渍法负载活性组分Ag和助剂K,得到x%Ag-K/CeO2-r(x=2%、4%、8%)催化剂,并用于催化氧化甲醛反应。催化剂的性能评价结果表明,当Ag的质量分数为4%、K的质量分数为1.3%时,催化剂表现出最优异的催化氧化甲醛性能,在80℃可以将甲醛完全转化成CO2和H2O。H2-TPR和O2-TPD表征发现,4%Ag-K/CeO2-r具优异的低温还原能力和丰富的表面氧物种,对催化剂低温催化氧化甲醛起到重要的作用。
CeO2 nanorods were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.A series of x%Ag-K/CeO2-r(x=2%,4%,8%)catalysts were prepared by conventional incipient wetness impregnation method and their catalytic activities in HCHO oxidation were tested.The 4%Ag-1.3%K/CeO2-r exhibited the best performance,showing that the complete oxidation of HCHO was achieved at temperature as low as 80℃.The results of H2-TPR andO2-TPD characterizations revealed that the 4%Ag-1.3%K/CeO2-r had excellent catalytic activity due to the best reducibility and more abundant surface active oxygen species,accounting for the significantly enhanced low-temperature catalytic activities for the HCHO oxidation.
