摘要
Diels-Alder反应是有机合成领域中构造复杂大分子结构的经典方法之一,是哌啶类衍生物、天然萜类化合物和药物中间体合成中的关键环节。近年来,关于Diels-Alder反应的研究取得了重大进展,手性催化剂在Diels-Alder反应中的应用也受到了广泛的关注,尤其是手性联二萘酚衍生的磷酸及其金属磷酸盐催化剂。综述了国内外关于手性BINOL骨架衍生磷酸催化剂以及金属复合物催化剂在Diels-Alder反应中的最新研究,系统地阐述了该类催化剂在反应中的优良催化效果,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Diels-Alder reaction,a key step to synthesize piperidine derivatives,natural terpenoids and medical intermediates,is one of the typical methods for constructing complex macromolecular structure in the organic synthesis field.As the study on Diels-Alder reaction has made many achievements in recent years,the application of chiral phosphoric acid and phosphate catalysts in the Diels-Alder reactions also received widespread attention.In this paper,the latest studies focused on chiral BINOL-derived phosphoric acid and their metal complexes in Diels-Alder reactions were described,and good catalytic effect of these catalysts in these reactions was discussed.Meanwhile,the future research direction in this field was prospected.
