石油化工园区公共危化品停车场的定性及研究

Qualitative Analysis and Research on Public Hazardous Chemical Parking Lot in Petrochemical Parks

通过石化园区公共危化品停车场及附属配套设施的定性及研究,满足石化园区内企业运输的需求。园区公共危化品停车场及附属配套设施建设运营消除了园区及企业重大安全隐患,保证园区内企业原料及产品汽车运输处于受控状态。通过对与之相关的各种技术标准的收集、分析和整理,给出了石化园区产业区域内的园区公共危化品停车场及附属配套设施的火灾危险性分析,提出与周边防火间距确定。同时也给出了园区公共危化品停车场日常管理及平面选址布局的原则。最终将石化产业园区打造成本质安全、环保、生态型的石化产业园区。

Through the qualitative analysis and research of the public hazardous chemical parking lot and ancillary facilities in the petrochemical park,the transportation needs of enterprises in the petrochemical park are satisfied.The construction and operation of the park’s public hazardous chemical parking lot and ancillary facilities eliminate the major safety hazards of the park and enterprises,and ensure that the transportation of raw materials and products of enterprises in the park is under control.In this paper,based on the collection,analysis and arrangement of the relevant technical standards,the fire hazard analysis of the public hazardous chemical parking lot and ancillary facilities in the industry area of petrochemical park was carried out,and the fireproofing distance between the park and the surrounding buildings was determined.At the same time,the daily management and layout principles of the park’s public hazardous chemical parking lot were also put forward.
