混凝法处理船舶灰水中表面活性剂效能研究

摘要 为探讨混凝法处理废水的最佳反应条件,以人工模拟的船舶灰水为研究对象,先设置了一组实验探讨混凝法宜添加的最佳混凝剂,随后采取单一变量法分别设置了7组混凝剂投加量试验、温度实验和pH实验,分析了水体中LAS的去除率,结果表明:聚合硫酸铝(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)和硫酸铝(AS)作为混凝法中的混凝剂时,PAC的去除率以及经济型最佳;混凝法处理船舶废水应控制的PAC最佳投加量为250mg·L-1,最佳反应温度为2 5℃,pH为5。 In order to investigate the optimal reaction conditions for coagulation treatment of wastewater, taking artificially simulated ship grey water as a research object, a set of experiments was first set up to determine the best coagulant for the coagulation process, and then the single variable method was used to study the effect of coagulant dosage, temperature and pH on the removal rate of LAS in water. The results showed that, when polyaluminum sulfate(PFS),polyaluminum chloride(PAC) or aluminium sulfate(AS) was respectively used as the coagulant in the coagulation process, the removal rate of PAC was high, and the cost was low. The optimum conditions of coagulation treatment for ship wastewater by PAC were determined as follows: the PAC dosage 250 mg·L-1,the reaction temperature 25 ℃ and the pH 5.
