微波循环辐射辅助制备生物柴油反应器及工艺的研究

摘要 用鲜红薯为原料制备碳基固体酸催化剂,甲醇和地沟油为原料的混合液经自制的微波辐射反应器后,可以提高反应速率。对反应条件进行单因素和多因素分析,得出最佳反应条件。微波辅助催化地沟油制备生物柴油反应器可以提高反应速率,其最佳工艺条件:甲醇与地沟油摩尔比9∶1、微波功率密度1.5W/m L、微波辐射时间30 min、反应温度为60℃、催化剂质量分数3.5%。 Carbon-based solid acid catalysts were prepared from fresh sweet potatoes,and the reaction rate of methanol and ditch oil mixed liquor could be increased by self-made microwave irradiation reactor.Single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis of reaction conditions were carried out to obtain the best reaction conditions,and then the microwave irradiation-assisted reaction was compared.The results showed that microwave-assisted catalytic reactor for biodiesel production could increase the reaction rate.The optimum conditions for microwave-assisted catalytic preparation of biodiesel were as follows:the molar ratio of methanol to digestion oil 9:1,microwave power density 1.5 W/mL,microwave irradiation time 30 min,reaction temperature 60℃,catalyst mass fraction 4%.
