关于抚顺石油一厂旧址改造工业景观公园的构想

Conception of Transforming the Old Factory Area of No.1 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company into Industrial Landscape Park

随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化的进程不断加快,工业技术更迭换代,城市市区面积的扩张,使得原本为市郊的土地变成了市区,原来在市郊的大型工厂也陆续搬迁至城市更偏远的地带,留下来的废弃工厂,成了市区中"问题地带";这样的"问题地带"在我国东北老工业基地城市有好多处。如何合理利用这些大型的废弃工厂,将其合理规划利用"变废为宝"为新时期东北工业城市发展带来新机遇,成为东北设计师的话题。分析了抚顺石油一厂旧址改造工业景观公园的可行性及构想。

With the rapid development of economy in China, the speedup of urbanization process, the change of industrial technology and the expansion of urban area, the land in the suburbs has become the urban area, the large factories in the suburbs have also been relocated to the more remote areas of the city one after another, and the abandoned factories left behind have become the "problem zone" in the urban area. There are many "problem zones" in many cities in the old industrial base of Northeast China. How to make rational use of these large abandoned factories and make rational planning and utilization of "turning waste into treasure" will bring new opportunities for the development of Northeast industrial cities in the new period, and become the topic of Northeast designers. In this paper, the feasibility and conception of reforming the industrial landscape park at the site of Fushun No.1 refinery were analyzed.
