摘要
半胱氨酸(Cys)、高半胱氨酸(Hcy)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)等生物硫醇分子在维持生命体系的稳定中具有至关重要的作用。因此,对其进行精准快速地检测具有重要意义。马来酰亚胺类荧光探针因具有快速且高选择性的检测生物硫醇分子的性能,已经成为一种检测以上硫醇分子的重要手段,其研究近年来已取得了较大的进展。根据马来酰亚胺类荧光探针设计的多样性,主要对N-取代基马来酰亚胺、双马来酰亚胺和溴代马来酰亚胺类荧光探针的研究现状及在生物硫醇检测中的应用进行了介绍。
Biological thiols including cysteine(Cys), homocysteine(Hcy) and glutathione(GSH) play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the living system. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out accurate and rapid detection for biothiols. Because of rapid and highly selective detection characteristics of maleimide-based fluorescent probes, they have been the important method for detecting biothiols, and their research has made great progress in recent years. In this paper, based on the diversity of maleimide-based fluorescent probes, the study status of N-substituted maleimide, bismaleimide and bromomaleimide fluorescent probes was introduced as well as their application in biothiol detection.
