Biomass fast pyrolysis is an effective way to develop and utilize biomass energy. In this paper, the technology of biomass fast pyrolysis was introduced, and the working principle and characteristics of several typical reactors were reviewed. Selection and design of the reactor is the core and key link in the process of biomass fast pyrolysis technology, so the research and development of more new and efficient reactors will greatly promote the development of this technology, and this is of great importance to the effective utilization of biomass energy.
