摘要 通过石化园区事故池及附属配套设施工程的研究,为确保石化园区内石化企业或设施发生事故时,事故状态下泄漏的可燃液体和受污染的消防水处于受控状态。通过对相关的各种技术标准的分析,提出了石化园区产业区域内的事故池及附属配套设施的火灾危险性,并确定了与周边设施防火间距。同时也给出了园区事故池的容积计算及平面选址布局的原则。 The accident pool and ancillary facilities in the petrochemical park were studied to ensure that the flammable liquid and polluted fire water will be under control when the accident occurs in the petrochemical park. Based on the analysis and research of relevant technical standards, the fire risk of accident pool and ancillary facilities in the petrochemical park was put forward, and the fire prevention distance between the accident pool and the surrounding facilities was determined. At the same time, the volume calculation method of the accident pool in the park and the principles of site selection were given.
