摘要
通过对C9石油树脂的釜式加氢,改善氢化树脂的性能。实验将树脂和溶剂配制成溶液,同粉末催化剂一起加入有搅拌和换热器的反应釜中,通入氢气在一定温度压力下反应,物料经过滤脱除催化剂,闪蒸出溶剂。考察了树脂原料、加氢压力、反应溶剂等对树脂加氢性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用载镍单金属粉末催化剂,以环己烷为溶剂,反应温度250℃,反应压力11 MPa下,通过加入0.5%(wt)的抗氧化剂,对齐东C9树脂进行加氢可得到树脂的软化点较高,色度好,热稳定性强且与EVA相容性好的氢化树脂。
The performance of hydrogenated resin was improved by the autoclave hydrogenation of C9 petroleum resin.In the experiment,resins and solvents were mixed into a solution,which was added to a reactor with a stirring and a heat exchanger with powder catalyst together,and they reacted with hydrogen under certain temperature and pressure.The product was filtered to remove the catalyst and the solvent was evaporated to obtain the resin.The effect of resin raw materials,hydrogenation pressure and reaction solvent on the hydrogenation performance of resin was investigated in this experiment.The experimental results showed that:when nickel-supported single metal powder was used as catalyst,cyclohexane was used as solvent,the reaction temperature was 250℃,the reaction pressure was 11 MPa,0.5%wt antioxidant was added,hydrogenated resin with high softening point,good chroma,strong thermal stability and good compatibility with EVA was produced by hydrogenation of Qidong C9 resin.
