摘要
以羧甲基壳聚糖为除垢剂,探讨其在油井防垢应用的影响因素。通过单因素与正交试验确定羧甲基壳聚糖防止油井水样钙离子结垢生成碳酸钙沉淀的最佳工艺条件。试验结果显示,当溶液体系在pH=6.0、温度34℃下,羧甲基壳聚糖浓度为23 mg/L,反应17 h时,对100~300 mg/L钙离子溶液的阻垢率达到73%~76%,表明羧甲基壳聚糖具有较好的阻垢效果。
The scale inhibition performance of carboxymethyl chitosan was researched in the water of oil well in the oilfield,and different influence factors on its scale inhibition were discussed.The best using condition of carboxymethyl chitosan for scale prevention was determinated by single factor and orthogonal tests.The corresponding experimental results showed that when concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan was 23 mg/mL,the system pH was 6.0 and temperature was 34℃,the scale inhibition rate reached 73%~76%in 100~300 mg/L calcium ions solution after reaction 17 h.Therefore,carboxymethyl chitosan possess has preferable scale inhibition performance,and it can be popularized to relevant industry application.
