摘要
通过合理配方设计,以NCO含量为8%的芳香族异氰酸酯半预聚物为A组分,聚醚EP-330N、羟基硅油、MOCA、有机铋催化剂、Al2O3填料等为B组分,常温固化方式制备了不同硬度(32~61邵A)、力学性能优异的聚氨酿模衬材料。通过TG/TGA研究了模衬材料的热性能,在254.14℃开始分解,最大分解速率在402.14℃。进一步研究了模衬材料的压缩永久变形、耐高温性和吸水性能。测试表明,模衬材料在压缩其厚度的30%,70℃保持24 h的条件下,压缩永久变形均小于3.5%;经过120℃,96 h的高温处理后其拉伸强度有不同程度的提高,而断裂伸长率略有下降;在23℃、水中浸泡10d后模衬材料吸水率小于1%。
Through rational formulation design,polyurethane lining materials with different hardness(32-61 Sha A)and excellent mechanical properties were prepared by room temperature curing with aromatic isocyanate semi-prepolymer(NCO content 8%)as component A,polyether EP-330 N,hydroxyl silicone oil,MOCA,organic bismuth catalyst and Al2O3 filler as component B.The thermal properties of the liner material were studied by TG/TGA.The decomposition began at 254.14℃,and the decomposition had the maximum rate at 402.14℃.The compression permanent deformation,high temperature resistance and water absorption properties of the liner material were further studied.The test results showed that the compression permanent deformation of the liner material was less than 3.5%when the thickness of the material was compressed 30%and the temperature was maintained at 70℃for 24 h;the tensile strength of the liner material increased to some extent after 96 h treatment at 120℃,while the elongation at break slightly decreased;the water absorption of the liner material was less than 1%after 10 days immersion in water at 23℃.
