摘要 某石化线性低密度聚乙烯装置采用的是气相流化床生产工艺技术,自装置开工以来,技术人员通过反应优化、技术改造、低标准整治等多种方法使装置生产水平及生产周期持续提高,并且装置经济技术指标持续改善,达到行业一流水平。论述了装置能耗、物耗的一些计算控制方法,并列举了一些节能降耗的措施,最后通过数据比对分析得出各项措施的有效性,对同类装置生产有借鉴意义。 A petrochemical linear low-density polyethylene device adopts a gas phase fluidized bed production process technology.Since the startup of the device,the technicians have continuously improved the production level and production cycle by various methods,such as reaction optimization,technical transformation,and low-standard remediation.And the economic and technical indicators of the device were continually improved,reaching the industry’s first-class level.In this paper,some calculation and control methods for energy consumption and material consumption of the device were described,and some measures for energy saving and consumption reduction were enumerated.Finally,the effectiveness of each measure was determined through data comparison analysis.
