摘要 分别利用油酸和硅烷偶联剂KH-550对商洛地区某铁尾矿进行表面改性,通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、热失重等手段对油酸改性的铁尾矿和KH-550改性的铁尾矿进行结构表征,X射线衍射分析表明油酸和KH-550对铁尾矿的表面修饰可以使铁尾矿的结晶度降低。红外光谱分析表明KH-550接枝的铁尾矿和油酸接枝的铁尾矿表面均出现了甲基和亚甲基的特征峰。热失重分析表明KH-550和油酸接枝铁尾矿均可以显著减少铁尾矿对水的吸收。结果表面油酸和KH-550都成功接枝到了铁尾矿表面,此研究可为铁尾矿的综合开发利用、新材料开发和环境治理提供新的思路。 Surface modification of iron tailings from Shangluo area was conducted with oleic acid and silane coupling agent KH-550. The structure of the iron tailings modified by oleic acid and KH-550 was characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. The results of X-ray diffraction showed that the surface modification of iron tailings by oleic acid and KH-550 could reduce the crystallinity of iron tailings. And the results of the IR spectra showed that the characteristic peaks of methyl and methylene appeared on the surface of the iron tailings grafted by KH-550 and oleic acid. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that both KH-550 and oleic acid grafted iron tailings significantly reduced the absorption of water. These results showed that oleic acid and KH-550 were successfully grafted onto the surface of iron tailings. This study can provide an idea for comprehensive developing and utilizing of iron tailings, exploring new materials and governing environment.
