Y型分子筛介孔改性研究

摘要 随着原油重质化趋势加剧,微孔结构Y型分子筛作为催化剂活性组分,不但限制大分子物质在孔道内的吸附,而且易形成积碳,加速催化剂失活。因此,Y型分子筛的介孔改性研究被广泛关注。综述了近年来有关Y型分子筛的不同介孔改性方法,指出各种方法的优缺点。就目前发展来看,脱铝仍是介孔改性的主要研究方向。 The limited dimensions of the micropores of zeolite Y strongly hinder the diffusion of large molecules and this drawback seriously accelerate the catalyst deactivation in the reaction. Therefore, research on Y zeolite mesopore-modification has drawn the attention of many people. In this review, different methods of mesoporemodification of Y zeolite in recent years were summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. In terms of current development, dealuminization for mesopore-modification is still the main research direction.
