摘要
阐述了API(美国石油协会)标准的重要性,对API RP 505中水处理部分的爆炸危险区域划分进行了解析,与国标GB 50058《爆炸危险环境电力装置设计规范》进行了对比。介绍了石油化工装置中水处理设备、机泵、污水池、冷却塔、排水渠等有关水处理方面的爆炸危险区域划分办法,引用了API标准中的爆炸危险区域划分图例,可作为按照API标准设计的依据和国标设计的参考。
The importance of API(American Petroleum Institute) standard was expounded.The division of explosion hazard zone in the water treatment part of API RP 505 was analyzed, and compared with the GB 50058 "Code for design of electrical installations in explosive atmospheres". The division method of explosion hazard zone for equipment, pump, sewage tank, cooling tower and drain of water treatment in petrochemical plant was introduced, and the legends of explosion hazard zone in API standard were cited, which can be used as the basis for design according to API standard and reference for design according to national standard.
