摘要
VOCs治理过程中废气浓度若积累到一定程度容易引发爆炸事故,造成人身伤害和经济损失,因此选择合适的仪表对废气浓度进行在线检测至关重要。对催化燃烧法,红外吸收法和激光二极管法的工作原理及性能指标进行了深入分析比较,并介绍了三种原理的工程应用案例,最后提出VOCs治理过程中在线废气浓度检测仪表的选型建议,以期供选用者参考。
During the process of VOCs treatment, the explosion may happen if the concentration of exhaust gas reaches a critical level, which can lead to huge economic loss and personal injuries. So it is crucial to choose an appropriate instrument for online detection of the concentration of exhaust gas. In this paper, the working principle, performance indexes and application cases of catalytic combustion method, infrared absorption method and laser diode method were analyzed and compared. And some advice on the selection of instrument for online detection of the concentration of exhaust gas was put forward.
