雷达波吸收剂羰基铁粉的改性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 羰基铁粉是一种典型的磁损耗型吸收剂,是国内外研究起步最早、工艺最为成熟、应用范围最为广泛的雷达波吸收剂之一。当前羰基铁粉研究的重点主要集中在与其他吸收剂的复合以及自身的改性。重点介绍了羰基铁粉的改性方法,包括机械力改性和化学改性。在介绍羰基铁粉吸波原理和改性方法的基础上,详细分析和阐述了羰基铁粉机械球磨法、过程控制剂改性、硅烷偶联剂改性、Si O2包覆法、酸化处理等改性方法的研究现状,对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。 Carbonyl iron particles are a typical magnetic loss type absorber and become one of the radar absorbing materials which are widely used at home and abroad. Currently research of carbonyl iron particles focuses on the recombination of other absorbers and its self-property improving. In the paper, modification methods of carbonyl iron particles were introduced, including mechanical force modification and chemical modification. After introduction of wave-absorbing mechanism and modification methods, the research status of the mechanical ball milling method, process control agent modification, silane coupling agent modification, SiO2-coated method and acidizing treatment was analyzed and elaborated,and the future developing trend of carbonyl iron particles was prospected.
