氨冷及换冷型套管结晶机传动轴及密封填料材质改造

摘要 上世纪80年代末至90年代初,全国各炼厂陆续兴建酮苯装置并投入运行,沿袭了粗犷管理的模式,套管结晶机传动轴密封填料泄露问题迟迟悬而未决。在安全生产和环保要求日益严格的21世纪,此种管理模式再也无法适应当今需求,故相关改造势在必行。给出了关于解决困扰套管结晶机传动轴密封泄露的整体方案,兼顾成本、在役周期和环境安全收益。 Ketone-benzol units were built and put into operation in many Chinese refineries from the late 1980 s to the early 1990 s. The leakage of sealing filler for transmission shaft of casing crystallizer always happened under rough management mode. With the increasingly stringent requirements for safe production and environmental protection in the 21 st century, this kind of management model can no longer meet the needs at present, so the relevant transformation about the leakage of sealing filler is imperative. In this paper, taking into account the cost, service cycle and environmental safety benefits, an overall solution to the leakage of transmission shaft seal in cased crystallizer was put forward.
