国内对二甲苯新增产能竞争力分析

Analysis on Supply Demand and Competitiveness of New Capacity of Domestic P-Xylene(PX)

分析了国内外对二甲苯(PX)的生产工艺技术进展,根据不同时期所建PX项目各单元的技术水平对原料及产品质量、能耗和物耗等进行了对比分析,计算了典型规模的加工方案吨产品毛利,对新建产能的竞争力进行了分析,展望了产业发展前景,提出了有关PX新项目布点的建议。

This paper analyzes the progress of production technology of p-xylene(PX).According to the technical level of each unit of PX project in different periods,the quality of raw materials and products,energy and material consumption are compared.The gross profit per ton is calculated for three typical processing schemes,the competitiveness of new capacity is analyzed,and some suggestions on the distribution of new PX projects are put forward.At last the development prospect of the industry is prospected.
