原油加工方案对炼厂毛利的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Crude Oil Processing Scheme on Gross Profit of Refinery

根据装置加工流程及不同年度的市场数据设定了非沥青工况、沥青工况,采用PIMS模型模拟论证了原油价格、成品油裂解价差、原油轻重质差价与毛利的关系。通过分析发现,通常情况下,原油价格、原油轻重质差价对毛利影响不大,原油与成品油的裂解价差是影响炼油毛利的关键因素;提高原油加工量能够大幅度提高炼油毛利;在渣油加工能力受限的情况下,生产沥青可以大幅度提高原油加工量及炼油毛利。

The non-asphalt working conditions and asphalt working conditions are set according to the equipment processing process and the market data of different years.The PIMS model is used to simulate and demonstrate the relationship between crude oil prices,refined oil cracking spreads,crude oil light and heavy quality differences,and gross profit.Through analysis,it is found that under normal circumstances,crude oil prices and the price difference between light and heavy crude oil have little effect on gross profit,the cracking price difference between crude oil and refined oil is a key factor affecting refining gross profit;increasing crude oil processing capacity can greatly increase refining gross profit;under the condition of limited processing capacity,the production of bitumen can greatly increase the crude oil processing capacity and refining gross profit.
