摘要
预估塑料在一定温度条件下的贮存时间,评估其在一定温度、时间条件下的性能下降在塑料制品的工业应用方面具有重要意义。GB/T 20028-2005的推算过程在塑料制品的老化试验预估材料性能的过程中可以借鉴,但该标准未提出在贮存时间和贮存温度一定的条件下,推算材料性能值的方法。该文通过回归分析法,将测试件力学性能下降至临界值时的值设为一定时间、一定温度条件下的预估值,求出性能值(临界值)与老化时间/温度的关系式,利用无限逼近的思想和回归分析方法倒推出性能值(临界值)。
Estimating the storage time of plastics under certain temperature conditions and evaluating their performance degradation under specific temperature and time conditions are of great significance in the industrial application of plastic products.While the calculation process outlined in GB/T 20028-2005 can serve as a reference in the process of estimating material properties during aging tests of plastic products,this standard does not propose a method to predict material property values under specific storage time and temperature conditions.In this paper,through regression analysis,the value of mechanical properties of the test specimen when it declines to a critical threshold is set as an estimated value under certain time and temperature conditions.The relationship between the property value(critical threshold)and aging time/temperature is derived,and the concept of infinite approximation and regression analysis is utilized to inversely deduce the property value(critical threshold).
