旋光仪及旋光糖量计计量比对研究

Research on measurement comparison of polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters

旋光仪及旋光糖量计在制糖、制药、食品等领域的应用广泛,尤其在制糖行业,是检测糖品蔗糖分指标极为重要的分析设备。为验证旋光仪及旋光糖量计测量量值的一致性,考察相关计量技术机构的量值传递能力,组织开展了旋光仪及旋光糖量计计量比对活动,共10家实验室参加。采用中位值法确定比对参考值,比对结果用Z比分数进行评价。针对比对过程中发现的问题进行了分析,总结了影响测量量值一致性的因素,为相关计量技术机构完善旋光仪及旋光糖量计计量标准提供参考。

Polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters are widely used in sugar,pharmaceuticals,food and other fields.In sugar industry,especially,they are extremely important analytical instruments for detecting sucrose index of sugar products.In order to verify the consistency of measurement values of polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters,and to investigate the capability of dissemination of value of quantity of relevant metrology and technology institutes,a measurement comparison was organized,with a total of 10 participating laboratories.The reference value of comparison was determined by the median method,and the comparison results were evaluated by Z scores.The existing problems in this measurement comparison were analyzed,and factors affecting the consistency of measurement values were summarized,which provided a reference for relevant metrology and technology institutes to improve the measurement standards of polarimeters and polarimetric saccharimeters.
