This article proposes special precautions and rationalization suggestions for the suction resistance testing process in response to the issue of delayed guidance on production caused by limited data on the suction resistance quality of cigarettes.By elaborating on the standards,principles,and testing process of cigarette suction resistance measurement,and combining with the problems existing in the daily monitoring process of many cigarette factories,the key factors introduced by the difference in repeatability of suction resistance measurement are deeply analyzed.Through error analysis,measurement uncertainty evaluation,and other theories,the intermediate control process index-repeatability s index value is derived.And based on experimental data,a repetitive empirical formula was provided,enabling enterprises to quickly detect the phenomenon of unqualified suction resistance in the intermediate control of products,take early measures to ensure product quality,and provide some technical support and assistance for daily monitoring of different tobacco enterprises,guiding high-quality development of enterprises.
